Now you don’t need to do this with such quality vanilla beans, but I want to speed up the wait time so I can use my extract as soon as possible. My beans are gourmet grade so I only need 5 to 8 beans for the 350 ml of alcohol. It also indicates the different amounts required when using extract vs gourmet grade beans.
